Meet Mary Wray Conner
President/Director of Talent Management Solutions

Mary Wray Conner is the Director of Talent Management Solutions at The Conner Connection. She works closely with organizations to help facilitate the optimal use of Human Capital Management Strategy throughout the employee lifecycle. Mary Wray has more than 30 years of experience working with a variety of businesses, non-profits, and ministries. Her expertise is helping organizations improved communications to build stronger relationships/teams resulting in increased effectiveness and productivity. She is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant which gives her unique insight to enable others to gain a more thorough understanding of their unique strengths as well as an increased awareness and appreciation for the strengths of others. Mary Wray is an Advanced Accredited DISC Trainer, A Birkman Certified Independent Consultant, and is trained in the use of Omnia Talent Assessment tool.

Mary Wray can best be described in three words, “PEOPLE, PASSION, AND RESULT.” Her enthusiasm for working with and through people to achieve maximum productivity is contagious. She is passionate about investing her time, talent, energy as well as strong leadership, communication, creativity, and “out of the box” thinking to make a difference in the lives of other people.
